The website does not create an engagement
Using the website, sending a form, receiving general information or requesting an introductory call does not make you a client. We accept responsibility for professional work only after the parties agree the scope and terms of an engagement.

Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change any part of the site where reasonably necessary.
Tax, company and regulatory information changes. A page’s last checked date shows when we last reviewed its general sources; it is not a promise that no later change has occurred.
Accounts and access
If the site later provides an account, client portal or paid download, you must keep access details confidential and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised. Do not share another person’s credentials or try to gain unauthorised access.
No client portal is included at launch. This clause applies only if one is introduced later.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law through the website;
- try to bypass security or access restricted systems or data;
- introduce malicious code or carry out disruptive or excessive automated requests;
- submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening or infringes another person’s rights;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent authority to act for a company;
- use information returned by the Deadline Finder to harass, deceive or harm anyone; or
- reproduce or commercially exploit substantial website content without permission where the law does not otherwise allow it.
We may block access or submissions where reasonably necessary to protect the website, other users or legal rights.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website text, design, original diagrams, downloads and software are owned by or licensed to Information for Management Limited. You may view pages and print or save a reasonable copy for personal or internal business use.
GOV.UK, Companies House and other third-party material remains subject to its own rights and terms. Their names and links do not imply endorsement of IFM.

External links are provided for convenience and source checking. We do not control an external website and are not responsible for its availability, security, content or privacy practices. Check the current page and terms at the destination.
Linking to this website

Forms and information you submit
Supply information you are entitled to provide and take reasonable care that it is accurate. Do not use a general form for passwords, bank details, identity documents or complete confidential records.
